Our owner, Mark Laack is a Brewer and Beer educator with 30 years of brewing experience at various levels. Certified Cicerone. He founded Black Hawk Brewing Supply, our parent company in 2012 with his mother. First located in Harker Heights, Black Hawk Brewing Supply has gone mobile doing pop up markets around Central Texas.
Mark is the head brewer at Phantom Warrior Brewing Company in Killeen, Texas. He is also the former head brewer Bold Republic Brewing Company in Temple, Texas and the former Director of Staff Education at Barrow Brewing Company in Salado, Texas
